If I had to pick one of my all time favorite photos it would be the one of the guy on the Harley waving at me. I took this photo from my car driving down a two lane highway in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. I didn’t think he saw my camera, but when I saw he waved at me I knew I might of got a killer shot. I did. I shot all of these photos from car during the same road trip using my Canon SureShot point and shoot camera.
Red Butte Reservoir is located just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. I visited Salt Lake City in 2012 and took a side trip to Red Butte Reservoir. I used my Canon A2 camera to capture these analog film photos. The film i used was Kodak PORTRA 35mm color. These are some of my favorite photos from this trip.
Film photos were even better in California with places such as Stinson Beach. I took a road trip up the coast one with my favorite film photography set-up. My trust Canon A2 loaded with Kodak Portra 35mm color film performed very well that day. The beach photos were great as the ocean water turned out to be a brilliant blue in the film photos. A good day it was!
